PWS Provides comprehensive Contract Personnel Services, either as part of a complete project of individually for as long as needed to support our Client’s requirements.

PWS Services ensures effective manpower utilization in the provision of specialist skills, to carry out project maintenance, installation, construction and administration support functions.

PWS Services includes the provision of Contract Personnel, both Expatriate and Indonesian.

§ EXPATRIATE PERSONNEL ( Inclusive Items )

a) Employee’s Salary and Statutory Taxation Liabilities.
b) Business Visa Extensions in Indonesia.
c) Temporary Work Permit Issue and Extensions.
d) KIM/S Process and issue.
e) SKJ Issue ( Surat Keterangan Jalan )
f) Co-ordination for Employee’s Travel, Airport pick-up & Transit Accommodation.
g) Accommodation and Transport in Jakarta and environs.
h) Banking arrangements and salary transfers.
i) Medical Scheme memberships.

§ INDONESIAN PERSONNEL

Generally our Contract Fees for Indonesian Personnel would be INCLUSIVE of the following ;

a) Worker Compensation Insurance ( Jamsostek ).
b) Employee’s Salaries/Wages.
c) Personal Taxation Liabilities.
d) Corporate Taxation Pph 23.
e) Regulation Employment Benefits.
f) Safety Equipment items, including Hard Hats, Safety Boots and Overalls ( if Site Locations ).
g) Head Office administration and overhead.
